 影片讲述了一个绝望浪漫者的愿望引发超自然诅咒的故事。Woe（迈克尔·约翰斯顿 饰）长期暗恋童年好友Nikki（印达·纳瓦雷特 饰），在一次表白失败后，他通过一件具有“猴爪”式超自然力量的 饰品许愿，希望Nikki能爱上他。但随着愿望成真，Nikki的行为逐渐变得异常，她的偏执和人格扭曲暗示其自主意识被某种恶意实体取代。

　　After serving two years on a military outpost in the middle of an ocean – four soldiers are waiting for a new crew to replace them.
