　　英云（金胜宇 饰）是一个肉店少东，他有一个相恋多年的未婚妻。他在餐馆吃喝玩乐的时候遇到了一名美丽性感的女孩妍雅（张真英 饰）。已有未婚妻的英云抵不过妍雅的美色，抱着玩玩而已的心态，两人开始交往，他们的恋爱在旁人看来是无法理解的。英云与妍雅的感情倍增，原本轻浮的态度开始改变，他们都发现这是一场真正的恋爱。　　纸包不住火，两人的关系还是让英云的母亲发现了，他的母亲便要求他与原来的未婚妻完婚。英云知道与他人结婚这件事被妍雅知道后果不堪，他开始躲避妍雅，妍雅也因为英云的冷淡感到生气非常。

　　格罗夫（亚历山大·潘克拉托夫 Aleksandr Pankratov 饰）是50年代风靡一时的踢踏舞皇帝，如今的他早已经走下了舞台，走向幕后，在当地的歌舞团做艺术指导的工作。青年工人阿尔卡基（彼得·谢尔巴科夫 Pyotr Shcherbakov 饰）对踢踏舞非常的感兴趣，他想拜格罗夫为师，然而，格罗夫却觉得这个小伙子并没有什么舞蹈天赋，对他避之不及。　　一天，格罗夫在电视上看到了自己当年热舞的画面，哪知道主持人竟然说他已经辞世了。这件事情的发生让格罗夫开始想要将踢踏舞重新展现在观众们的面前，他将舞蹈编排成为了节目，并且找来了阿尔卡基作为演员。

"El Bosque Animado" was the first movie of José Luis Cuerda's trilogy of rural comedies (after this one he made the surreal "Amanece Que No Es Poco", and "Así En El Cielo Como En La Tierra". Those are movies so personal that stress the Spanish culture. The young directors should take note of films like "El Bosque Animado", instead of trying to be the new "enfant terrible" and imitating US worst cinema.
