一个神秘中年男子醉酒后袭击了一台自动售货机和便利店店员，被警方拘留。他声称自己拥有超能力，并预测东京将有炸弹。从秋叶原爆炸事件算起，他预测接下来还会有三次爆炸，间隔一小时。随后，他一边回避着警察的询问，一边问一些有关炸弹的神秘“问题”。
