Institute (Alternative Cosmetic Oils for Regenerative Natural Skin-care). No acorn was left behind. With winter just around the corner, it's a potentially devastating blow to all forest critters. With winter knocking at their door, Frankie and his crew have only three days to prepare and execute this unprecedented heist. When they learn that the processing of their forest's acorns has been pushed up a day, Lola's refusal to participate leaves Frankie and his crew one critter short. 　　海豹突击队一行六人执行抓捕大毒枭卡林多的任务，一切进行得十分顺利。但队员们不知道，弗雷克是内奸。他早已通知卡林多此次行动，海豹突击队遭到伏击，造成两名成员牺牲。尽管在卧底维丽的帮助下，海豹突击队抓住了卡林多，却让弗雷克逃脱。　　海豹突击队队长迈克决定重返卡林多的豪宅抓住弗雷德为死去的弟兄报仇，并把他们的遗体带回来，却遭到上司鲍尔斯的反对，迈克为此退出海豹突击队。但维丽却支持他，因为她还要找回价值不菲的宝石——这是她一年多来在卡林多身边做卧底的目的。在迈克和维丽的劝说下，迈克的老战友罗易也同意加入这场战斗。　　就在迈克他们决定前往卡林多的豪宅时，弗雷克劫持了全美体操队的队员，并向政府提出用卡林多交换的条件。为了救出体操队员政府决定将卡林多释放。想到牺牲的两名队友，鲍尔斯决定支持迈克的行动，不能让卡林多和弗雷克逍遥法外。　　人质交换地点在位于墨西哥湾的魔鬼岛城堡，这里地势险要，无论从空中或海面潜入都将被敌人发现，唯一能够到达那里的途径就是潜水。但魔鬼岛附近被鲨鱼群包围，要想通过这里并非易事。鲍尔斯负责护送卡林多到指定地点交换人质，他说服另外几名队员配合迈克到魔鬼岛进行突击。　　经过一番周折，迈克和队员们终于成功抵达魔鬼岛。维丽和罗易负责救出人质，迈克则配合已经抵达小岛交换人质的鲍尔斯给予弗雷克致命打击。此刻人质们被关在水牢，大量的海水注入其中，眼看人质即将窒息。罗易以其最擅长的爆破技术将牢门炸开，使人质得救。迈克和鲍尔斯则基本控制了城堡外面。眼看大势已去，弗雷克和卡林多挟持一名人质上了水上飞机。迈克不顾一切驾驶快艇追了上去，并迫使飞机无法起飞。经过与弗雷克的一场恶战，迈克终于战胜了弗雷克。而弗雷克则得到了应有的惩罚，他掉入海中成为了鲨鱼的美餐。　　人质被成功救出，卡林多被绳之以法，海豹突击队再一次名声远播。看着队员的遗体被送回，迈克心中十分悲痛。罗易即将退伍，鲍尔斯也因此次没有按照上级的要求执行任务遭到了撤职，但大家心中并不遗憾。迈克决定退出海豹突击队，组建一支新的队伍，这支队伍又怎么能没有这些老搭档呢？大家信心百倍，期待着新的生活，期待着再一次为正义而战！
