萩原利久,藤堂日向,井浦新演员、歌手北村匠海，以短篇电影《不再征服世界》完成导演处女作，将2011年去世的诗歌说唱歌手不可思议/wonderboy的同名歌曲改编成电影。受到这首歌强烈影响的北村，亲自撰写了剧本。故事讲述了内向生活的主人公彼方，在飘飘然却又想要分清黑白的同事星野的某个决断下，意识到“人生的主人公只有自己”。
