三船敏郎,加山雄三,司叶子,稻叶义男,土屋嘉男,平田昭彦1940年9月,德、意、日三国成立同盟。山本五十六被任命为日本联合舰队总司令,并不得不“违背自己的意愿”,接受命令对美、英、荷等国开战。1941后12月8日零时,山本五十六亲自下达了“1280”密码命令,并亲自率领部队偷袭美国珍珠港,从而对美军太平洋舰队造成重创,大胜而归。随后山本五十六建议与美国讲和,但意见未被采纳。在指挥中途岛战役时,由于战略上的重大失误,日本海军遭受惨重损失。形势陡然逆转,美军攻势如虹,日军兵败如山倒。瓜达康纳岛上有三万多名日本陆军,他们遭到了美军飞机的昼夜轰炸,陷于绝境。山本五十六派出舰队炮击美军基地,协助尚存的陆军安全撤退。1943年4月18日,山本五十六为了鼓动前线部队的士气,乘坐一架轰炸机到前线视察。没想到日军的密码被美军窃取,美军派出空军机队将山本五十六的座机击落,一代军人山本五十六就此碎尸于太平洋上空。

Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
