 北方某警校实习学员陆冬女在一次执行任务中，因擅自击毙一走私团伙的杀手而暴露目标，为此她不辞而别离开了警校，就职于太平保安公司。冬女的行踪被走私团伙成员、歌乐文化开发公司经理冯婕发现，她找借口聘用了冬女，让其携巨款出差，并伺机将款劫走、栽赃陷害。与此同时，走私团伙的头目何天雄又派派手下伪装成警察将冬女绑架，并让冯捷以冬女携巨款潜逃为名向公安局报案。冬女的小学同学“斑马”挺身而出，几次帮助冬女逃脱险境。最后，冬女在男友特警队长刘伟的帮助下，终于歼灭了犯罪团伙
