　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

　　太阳党是一个恐怖组织，其首领救世主（林国斌 饰）善于开发战争机器人，他和女友玛利亚（叶倩文 饰）经常利用自己开发的机器人“先锋一号”大肆破坏。由于“先锋一号”威力强大，警方也常常束手无策。小徐原是英雄党的一分子，后来对自己团伙的所作所为深感不满而在师傅的担保下脱离了该组织。一次小徐在酒吧偶遇了专为警方开发战争机器人的专家阿毛（岑建勋 饰），两人一见如故，成为了好朋友。岂料太阳党因此怀疑小徐出卖了自己，因此派出新研制的机器人——外形和玛利亚一模一样的“先锋二号”追杀小徐；更糟糕的是，警方亦因此怀疑阿毛出卖了政府，因而同时派人前来捉捕他们。一对好兄弟，能否逃出生天？

　　建筑师托尼（梁家辉 饰）的个性十分木讷老实，以至于他暗恋同时艾琳（陈雅伦 饰）多年，却总也鼓不起勇气表白，更糟的是，艾琳已有一位感情亲密的男友，托尼的单恋似乎注定不会有结果。一次偶然中，托尼被猛鬼缠身，索性得到名为嘉嘉（关之琳 饰）的女鬼相助才得以脱身，也正因为这件事，托尼拥有了能与嘉嘉心意相通的特异功能。　　得知了托尼的苦恋，热心的嘉嘉决定帮他一把，一番波折之后，艾琳终于离开了男友，投入了托尼的怀抱，可是，直到这时，托尼才发现自己其实早已经深深的爱上了嘉嘉，无奈人鬼殊途，无法承受分离之苦的托尼竟然决定殉情。

　　Luna, a cruise ship chambermaid, has to quit her job to attend to her sick brother.
