在未来世界里，女人靠人工授精繁殖后代。男人沦为生殖工具，由于出生率不断下降，人类濒临灭绝，天宫真希和信二本是一对恩爱的夫妻，为了寻找一丝生机，他们前往食物充足的亚马逊市。真希作为人工授精专家，受到亚马逊女战士们的欢迎，但男人在哪里要么被残杀，要么阉割。为了救丈夫逃离，真希决定背叛亚马逊市，与残忍的敌人联手。
