　　暴雨中，胡大胆率队与对手紧张对决，黑衣黑伞，大佬范十足。正当他意气风发，乌龙事件发生……胡大胆再次醒来，发现自己身在一处老街闹市，周围是各式摊主。脑中零星的记忆碎片，让他认定自己就是传说中的“江湖大佬”。因为错位的身份，自带“大佬”光环的胡大胆在老街的生活中笑料百出。上演了一场场啼笑皆非的闹剧。随着记忆渐渐恢复，胡大胆的真实身份也浮出水面……

　　里昂市长保罗感到很不安。在从政三十年后他发觉自己已没有什么新思维，感到非常空虚。他的团队决定聘请爱丽丝，一位才华横溢的哲学家来为他解决这问题。爱丽丝与市长因而展开一连串的对话，这让他们经常接触，并且动摇了他们的信念。问题也逐渐出现：政治和反思是否能够兼容？

　　（转自IMDB）Pierre is a shy man whose sole focus in life is studying astrology in solitude, which is often difficult since he still lives at and studies in his parent's house. His parent's would rather he date and get married. He takes on this task with verve. Not knowing how to approach women in a romantic way, he watches how other men operate and tries to emulate them, most often without success. He ends up attracting the one woman he doesn't really want, a fun loving woman named Laurence who lives next door, but he becomes obsessed with Stella, a singer he sees on television. He believes her love song is being sung directly to him. As Pierre tries to get away from Laurence while pursuing Stella, he may miss the perfect match who may be right under his nose. 　　繼２００８年院線電影【比佛利拜金狗】（Beverly Hills Chihuahua），以及２０１１年直接發行影音產品的續集【比佛利拜金狗２】（Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2）之後，迪士尼於２０１２年的秋季再度推出此系列第三部作品【比佛利拜金狗３】（Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3: Viva La Fiesta!），本片跟第二集同樣是以直接發行影音產品的方式在美國首度推出。　　在【比佛利拜金狗３】的故事中，比佛利的吉娃娃家庭又有新冒險了！Papi 和 Chloe 以及他們的五隻小狗狗，跟隨他們的主人 Rachel 和 Sam ，搬進了一家大飯店，這裡不但豪華氣派，居然還有專門給狗狗們使用的ＳＰＡ，真是一個最完美的渡假天堂，天天都像是在開嘉年華會一樣！不過，吉娃娃家庭裡最小的成員 Rosa 卻心事重重，原來她覺得自己身體如此瘦小，一點也不起眼，似乎是家裡面最不重要的成員。如今狗爸爸 Papi 知道了小 Rosa 的心事，他要如何幫助 Rosa 建立自信，並發現自己的優點、發揮自己的潛力呢？　　本片由 Sara E. White 製片，由 Lev L. Spiro 擔任執導，劇本則是由 Dana Starfield 所負責。配音和演出的演員則是第二集同樣的原班人馬，例如配音的包括有 George Lopez 、Odette Yustman …等等；而真人演出的演員則包括有 Erin Cahill 、Marcus Coloma …等等。至於在新加入的角色部分，參與演出的則包括有 Frances Fisher 、Sebastian Roché 、J.P. Manoux …等等。
